ABOUT THE AUTHOR

David Harris is the author of “Wrongful Dismissal” published in 1978 by Richard De Boo, to the present date (Thomson Carswell) and was Editor in Chief of the Canadian Cases in Employment Law from 1981 to 2012. David is also the author of The Written Contract of Employment and also The Law on Disability Issues in the Workplace published by Emond Publishing.

Ten percent of all revenues received by David will be donated to Centre of Addiction for Mental Health in honour of James Harris.
